How To Make Tamarind Glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, combine tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and lime juice. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze is smooth and heated through.

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
