Ingredients
- 1 cup tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 cups water
- 1/3 cup honey or sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges and mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Pour tamarind pulp, lime juice, and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Strain the juice through a sieve, pressing with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.

Mix the tamarind-lime juice with remaining water, honey (or sugar), and salt in a pitcher.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
